This feels nit picky, however it’s truthful. Typically I get a run down on what was done to my vehicle, despite a typical oil change and tire rotation. All I did was sign the paperwork. On every other oil change my vehicle is washed. Even my text message advised me my truck is ready, but give LHM a few minutes to wash my truck. Minimal gripes, but LHM has previously provided 100% satisfaction.
