It took SOO LONG. An hour and a half wait time seems a bit ridiculous when you have an appointment set up. Maybe stop overbooking and causing long wait times.

I was really surprised that there wasn’t more protection for you customers regarding the virus. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the waiting room, with most the people not wearing masks. And no employee wiping down the furniture or handles, saw nothing along those lines. I also witnessed someone refilling the vending machines, not wearing a mask or gloves, seemed like he should have been more careful. That’s my concerns, just seemed very cavalier. But working with the service attendant was a good experience.
