Ralph was amazing. I called for on oil change and you had appointments on the same day. I had to wait for him because I was early and several other employees asked if I had been taken care of. Overall I think your service staff did an amazing job with customer service. I will definitely make you my home Chevy dealership. They washed my vehicle for me and everything that I asked for them to double check they did.
Drain plug was finger tight and leaked oil in driveway.

Although I was really satisfied with Nathan’s service in helpin me get the price match for for tires and a rebate I thought the tires would have been treated with a protective coating like Armorall. They looked dirty. Also thought they would have put the car through the car wash.
We love working with Rik. When I have had an issue with my suburban I know that I can get a hold of Rik and he will work with me to get it fixed and to make sure the right thing is fixed. He is the reason I come all the way from Saratoga Springs to your dealership. I am one that when I’m impressed with service I make sure I keep that relationship.
