Came in for a simple prepaid maintenance, left with a window propped up by partical board. I wasn’t aware of the policy for rolling windows down when checking the battery and thus all my windows are powered and not functioning prior to my visit. Upon receiving my car after the maintenance, window was down and impossible to lift with my hands. Came back 30 minutes later and surprise I left the lot without making a scene and couldn’t be helped remedy the situation free of charge. I understand it was in error not mentioning this beforehand and thus mistakes were made. $90ish and a bunch of hours waiting, I’m not inclined to continue business with you guys. The rep did a good job helping me but again, errors made, I’m out money. I’d like a response, otherwise I’ll go with my second choice mechanic. ****-****-xxxx Thanks.

Very pleasant to work with and kept me updated on the progress of my car either by a phone call or text. Very pleased with the service.
I think it is absolutely ridiculous that if you buy a new car, and the software needs to be updated, it should be included in the warranty of the vehicle. Our phones, computers and laptops all have free upgrades, why not an $18,000 car.
I received prompt service and was treated professionally as usual.
This work was done on my daughter's car and Matt was a complete professional. He put her at ease and made the process as simple as possible. Once again I was completely disappointed in your Service Manager who shows no level of professional demeanor. He obviously does not care to make things right with me and in his usual manner crept around to avoid making contact. Apparently the volume I have done with the dealership through your service and sales departments is of no value to him. Seems a little disingenuous since I imagine he has no issues spending my money in the form of his wages.
Ralph turned one of my worst days into one that wasn’t so bad, his consern for my safety and satisfaction was great! A simple thank you doesn’t seem enough.
