I made an appointment for an oil change so that I would be expected by the dealership and be able to get it done quickly. Unfortunately it took an hour and a half. The service and kindness of my serviceman was on point. He treated me very well. But I should not have to wait that amount of time to get an oil change. That was rediculous.
Nathan was very polite and answered all my questions and got the work done in a timely manner.
