I was very frustrated with this visit today and not sure I’ll ever come back. We’ve been complaining about a noise in our vehicle for the past two years and no one in your service department couldn’t seem to figure it out until now after my warranty was over this past year. I don’t know if it was that they just didn’t take the time to look for it because we had a warranty or they decided to look for it now that we don’t have a warranty. I just don’t understand how this could happen. They should have been competent to find the noise and persistent to help us resolve it. I fill like they just wanted to get us in and out as fast as they could. We bought the extended warranty too and what a waste. I think will probably be taking our business else where.

I had an appointment for an oil change so I assumed I would be out of there in under an hour. I was waiting for about an hour and 15 minutes. That seems a bit long to me.
