Rik is one of the best service managers I have ever worked with and I have been with Chevy for 30 years-! He constantly keeps me informed and helps me and my family stay safe. We travel a lot because of my Hot Air Balloon schedule and I can’t stand to be broke down and HE MAKES SURE IM NOT-! Thank u Rik for all u do for me and my family. Ps I was with Gus’s Paulos for 23 years and when I left Rick has been my guys from then own-!
