Perfect Nathan took charge and quickly found the problem had it correctly fixed . Problem was caused by sub contractor work done by Abra that was supposed to CORRECTLY repair damage caused by an accident.LHM is the best.LHM employees are GREAT!

Since we bought our Traverse from LHM Chevrolet, Shane has been our go to person for all our vehicle services & issues,except for one time. He has been very helpful, professional in demeanor and very helpful. We had an issue with the fuel gage indicator and after several service appointments, the problem was identified as fuel tank sensors gone bad, had them replaced, problem fixed. He provided us a loaner the 2nd time in, made all the difference in car servicing. Recently had an issue with the driver'side seatbelt, again he provided us a loaner vehicle with the problem fixed as scheduled. My wife and I appreciate Shane's personal strife for professional customer service. One thing worth mentioning perhaps it was an oversight, an emissions test was done on my 2018 Traverse per my request when it wasn't required. Perhaps Shane should have caught my not knowing and informed me the said test was not required, hence saved me thirty dollars. Thank you Dhane.
