Shane was respectful and happy. Made me feel like he really cared about my truck. Explained to me in depth what was wrong. Truck was fixed in a timely manner even tho the parts were nationally back ordered.

If you make an appointment keep it. Don't wait 2 hours before even looking at the car when the customer is sitting in the waiting area for their car. Listen to the customer
