I did not feel like my service advisor was very happy to help me. I came for an oil change and there was also a problem with my transmission. Before I could even tell him the problem he cut me off and said "not today. You will have to make a separate appointment ".

After reset of timing and tightening of loose distributor bolt was told the aftermarket wires I installed were correctly installed sometimes are not the best or could be faulty leaving the the diagnostic result of a miss on the #1 cylinder and a slight miss on the #2 cylinder, when in fact after taking the vehicle home and replacing the #1 wire with previous used didn’t effect miss in engine, only to find that the #2 and #8 plug wires were incorrect per firing order which after I corrected made a significant difference in performance leaving me to wonder the

The front end alignment which happened on a 4x4 silverado with 25 thousand miles and never even on a gravel road or off road is pretty poor durability on a truck... The service was estimated to take 1 to 1 one half hours... It took over 2 hours and 15 minutes. Chevy trucks should be stronger than this one is and scheduled services should stay close toestimates. My wife who is quite ill was with me for a visit to Huntsman and the dalay was very unvomfortable to her.. but to square 1. My previous truck a ford was 160 K miles lots of off road never an alignmnet issue. The 25k chevy is dragging the front tires off. I suspect misalignment at factory but of course can not prove.
Til told me about the recall and took care of that for me. He also took care of the other issue I thought Jeff had taken care of for me. I appreciate it so much.
Each time my car goes in for maintenance Matt and the guys always take good care of my needs and guide me on my budget. Wouldn't go any where else. THANKS RFuentes
