When I picked up my car , it was end of day .
2 phone calls, one email , and A month later still nothing.
One excuse, the mailing people’s out of the office .

Oil lamp on display was not reset. Not quite sure if my tires were actually rotated or not as the low tire appears to be in the same position on the vehicle and typically they set the air pressure the same on all tires and that wasn’t done. Maybe that’s not the norm. Glad they didn’t have to push out quotes time to work vehicle and Matt was very nice and friendly.
I was very disappointed overall with my service for the first time. the service man I felt with seemed uninterested in dealing with my husband and my self. I did have an idea of what what going on with my vehicle. and could only afford currently what we brought my car in for service for. which was a rotation and balance of my tires. When I mentioned my battery cord and asked for an idea of the replacement cost I was told I dont know we have to fully look at it. I knew there was a problem with it specifically. after I told hi. we could not afford to pay the high cost for the repair. the service guy seemed annoyed and irritated that he had to deal with us. I asked if my husband could be picked up so he could pick up my car... I was at work. he said that they would and what was the address. when my husband was picked up, the driver left a small crack in the window on the drivers side of the van, it was super hot in the van my husband was sweating, the guy told him the ac was broke. my husband couldn't even roll his window down.when my husband was dropped off. he had to guess and go seek out who I was dealing with. the service guy handed him the bill took the card for payment and sidnt even explain anything to my husband didnt give us any information on the things that need to be fixed... like the battery cords or my tired that need to be replaced. my car was not washed or vacuumed. my husband wasnt shown where the damn car was parked either. I probably will not return. I recieved better treatment with the services that came with my car then the ones I actually had to pay out of pocket for. I am sorry we have another car that needs a few thousand dollars worth of work, and we need our second car working. and the 500 to fix my battery cable issue is not feasible at the moment for my family. I have never be treated that badly paying for services.
He didn’t go over what was done and what I was charged for he simply charged my card and said here is your car. I don’t understand all what I was charged for or what exactly was done.
My vehicle is always well taken care of and I am treated with respect
You were fast, I didn't have to deal with used oil, and the price was right!
