My husband took the car for oil change and tire rotation, and asked for tire pressure check as well. In less than a week I noticed all my tires have low pressure, meaning they did not even check it. I had some other issues specially hearing a ticking noise for a long time, maybe 3 years. Any time they treated me like a crazy paranoid person and didn't take my issue seriously. I am not going to this dealer anymore and my husband is taking my car for maintenance services to them. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with service department. In my last visit, before I quit going there, I even spoke to service manager, who had the same attitude towards my problems

Nate went out of his way to help me in a tricky situation. He looked at the most cost effective ways and the fastest ways to complete service for me even though the dealership was extremely busy. He never made me feel as if I were a nuisance even though I know I made his day much more stressful. Being a Customer Service Manager myself, I'd take Nate on my payroll any day. Rik was extremely helpful in keeping me updated with the status of my repair. He was kind enough to let me use a loaner for the day so I could go to work. The repairs were completed to my satisfaction.
