Your oil change tech has to get more training on identify the problems. The light bulbs burn out problem!!!. Your company is a big company, I don't think you try to rip of regular customer. The car's light is on auto more. It will not turn on during day time. So sad, you have stupid tech like him work for this company.

Rik did fantastic as always. However the last few times I have come in the truck was supposed to be washed and it has never been done. I would wvem let hours pass before coming up to pick up to make sure and it seems to never make it in the wash. Just some feed back.
