I dropped my vehicle off the night before my 7am appointment, and responded to service texts I started receiving the following morning. After being told by rik that my truck wouldn't be worked on until 5 hrs after my scheduled appointment, I called at 930am and spoke to the assistant service manager, Jon? Jon then checked on my vehicle and found that service on my vehicle was completed and ready to be picked up. Why couldn't rik use what Jon used to get an ACCURATE status update on my vehicle?! This frustrating experience could have been avoided!
I really trust Jordan Dwyer I was having problems with my truck and he set me up with Ralph Hardin he was so polite and totally help me understand what he thought was wrong with my truck and I was so happy with the way that he fixed it it works wonderful thank you guys so much for all your help
Your hours are inconvenient--no Saturdays and closed by 6PM.

As always Ralph is awesome. He went above and beyond getting me the best deal on the tires for my truck. When I pull into the shop he always greats me by my first name. I will always use Larry H Miller service and recommend others because of Ralph and the other team members there.
