My wife had to justify why she came to get the battery replaced. The questions were whether she had confirmed a battery was available, and if someone had given her a quote.
She should not have to defend herself if the person scheduling the appointment failed to confirm these items, or the person providing the service was having a bad day. The reality is you guys have been awesome for the past several years, and we fully plan to come back. I am sure everyone has a bad day, but if your team fails to do something- don’t blame the customer.
John’s the best! Patient, helpful, communicative, and really made me feel like a valued customer. 10 stars, couldn’t have been happier today.
It took 2 hrs and 15 mins for an oil change and tire rotation, when I had a scheduled appointment. That is a ridiculous amount of time when scheduling appointments.
