Tom was great he does an excellent job.
Poor communication. Almost complete lack of communication on their part. I had to call daily for updates. Multiple voicemails left, multiple people handling my car. Just mediocre service overall.

I think they need to work on how to talk to people. How to let people know what they charge instead of doing the job and then having someone sign. Makes me unsure I ever want to go back again.
The person helping with the car said it was going to cost $90 for a three part package when I only brought the car in for an oil change. I said it was $39.95 online and he said it was $50
