First and foremost, I trust Rik. My first experience with him made me a customer for life because he did everything he could to save me money. He is honest with me, that is rare, and I appreciate him treating me like a person and not dollars.
John is a nice awesome guy. He definitely made sure I was taken care of.

Rik was amazing! No complaints with him at all. A bit disgruntled at the amount of time it took, having to switch cars more than once and not being informed that there would be charges after made it less than perfect. I don’t think that had anything to do with Rik though. Also the means and responsiveness to questions during the process was slow and not very accurate, again don’t think it was Rik. He was very pleasant, informative and understanding
Rik was great! He answered all of my questions and allowed me to use a courtesy car when the part for my car didn’t come in the time quoted. He was very thorough and made sure my car looked and drove better than when I dropped it off. I really appreciate it.

I'm always happy to have service at Larry Miller but when I left yesterday, after having my alignment done, my tire monitors weren't reset. I have to drive back to Salt Lake from Orem to get it fixed. I called and was assured that I could drop by on Friday when I am headed north on a trip to have it fixed.
I didnt get a printout of the various systems from the multipoint inspection.
I was given one on previous visits. Otherwise i was satisfied.

I was told 2 times (when I scheduled the repair) and when I dropped my car off it would still be under my warranty. It wasn’t. Apparently nobody checked.
