I’ve always got the service I need Iam always satisfied with staffs and every thing else .
The only thing I was not happy about was the coffee provider

We had an 11am appointment for an oil change. Took over 40 mins to drop off car and leave. Were late for next appointment. Not happy with service center at all.

He is very personable and I knew I was in good hands.
Took almost two months for me to get a call back to get my vehicle in for a check engine light. The service advisor did not call when promised or get my car in when promised. Extremely disappointed in the service here

Brian was a pleasure to deal with. I’ve had some unpleasant experiences with service departments at other dealerships but Brian did an excellent job. He was honest, friendly, followed through with what he said and was communicative throughout the process. I will definitely come back for future service needs.
Damon Chero is very professional, friendly and very helpful. Although my vehicle needs some minor repairs he wasn't pushy to get my vehicle fixed. In fact, he gave me a list of of things of the minor repairs that my vehicle needs and even told me to take advantage of the coupons that GM has for these repairs. Great customer service provided by him. You are awesome Damon!

I turned in my car early Tuesday didn’t get a diagnosis till Wednesday evening and then a call on Friday that my car was ready.. I think the lack of communication and time of not knowing what was going on and I didn’t get a rental when I have that option ..
I take my 2004 chevy silverado 2500hd duramax to a chevy dealer and was told that they can't do the work because the parts are after market. Comes to find out the parts were not aftermarket. This is the second time I have taken my truck to tom bell and second time Annette was my service provider and both time the problems never got fixed. She is the worst service provider I've ever dealt with.
