My fist time with Mr Dan and I had the best day with him! He kept me in the loop about my car every step of the way! I appreciated what I learned from him regarding the service my car was being given!! Amazing day! Looking forward to good times with him in the future! He’s funny too!!! Made my day!! When I drove home the service box popped up with the same issue. I called and we are bringing it in again. Also, I complained about one tire wearing uneven but the service manager said there was nothing wrong with it. Even though there is a bald stripe down the middle of it! They also did not satisfy me with the bed liner. We were told it was guaranteed just like the rest of the truck since it was on the truck when we bought it.
Annette was very nice, helpful, and got me in and out in a timely manner. I give her 5 stars!!

Brian did a great job as the service advisor keeping me informed as to the progress of the repairs, and I greatly appreciate the attention your mechanic put into ensuring that the transmission was properly sorted out. Finally, I really appreciate your group going the extra mile and delivering my car to my home as I was recovering from eye surgery that day and could not pick the car up myself...I did not expect that, so thanks to Brian and your group for making it happen!

The service was fine and Damon was great. I usually do Saturday appointments but it was booked and the woman who made my appointment assured me several times that my oil change wouldn't go over 45mins. This was important because I had work and a meeting with a client afterwards. The service took nearly 2 hours. I was late to work and missed my appointment because i relied on her assurance. That is a sale that i lost because of her negligence. I will never do a weekday service there again and probably get my oil changed elsewhere as they make you wait entirely too long for an oil change.
