Customer service and face to face communication was above wonderful. The only thing I was disappointed in is that when I made my appointment, I let the person scheduling know that there was something going on with my shifting. After dropping the truck off I was informed I would need another appointment because the transmission person was not in that day.
Had appointment on Monday @ 9:30 am. Left my SUV to get diagnosed for front camera/windshield. Was told l would have a call before end of day. Was left a call after 6:00pm. Could not return call for it was after hours. On Tuesday the next was not contact until after6:00pm again. Wednesday no message or contact so l called and left message for a call back x3. Finally got my service person and she told me she would call me right back. After waiting 2 hours l called back and this time l was put on hold for approximately 31 minutes at which time I hung up and called again. I asked to pickup my SUV without having anything done. Very disappointed with this whole experience.
Dan did a spectacular job! In the words of my 6 year old son and my 6 year old nephew "He's the bestest guy ever!" He even cleaned the water splat (from testing the windshield wipers) off of my car himself.
I am very satisfied with my car it’s running great thanks Tom Bell and thanks Dan for being so patient with me. Have a good day.

He keep us updated on the services and provided details of others maintenance suggestions to keep my car with better drive. Very good customer service
Job was done in a manner time , got home and check my new battery and found tons of metal shavings in my engine compartment by battery, not sure if a bolt was stripped and repaired , but would of liked to of know from service advisor if anything had gone bad and was fixed.
Annette, she did a very good job and all your employees were very nice when I drove up they were there waiting very nice. Asked me if I would like coffee or anything to drink while I was waiting for Annette. Your service was amazing. Thank you once again.
