From the time we pulled into the service driveway to our departure we were welcomed, genuinely cared for and promptly assisted. Impressive was the attentiveness each person gave us to get the jobs do ever needed. Our service agent Howard was extremely helpful and explained a variety of aspects with our older car. I appreciated his kindness and the sharing of his wealth of car knowledge. A delightful person to work with…I’ll definitely be back and happy to have such a great experience as a first time customer.

I called and worked with Annette throughout the whole beginning. She told me she wouldn't be able to see if they would give us a rental until after they diagnose the problem. A couple days later they diagnose it but then she says they have no loaners or rentals available but that it would be ok to pick the truck up and drive it until the part arrives (mind you a warning came on that said 175 miles until 65 max speed). So theres a problem with the emission system and the truck is about to derate me if I continue driving it but apparently Annette thinks she is a Chevy mechanic or engineer for that matter and knows it's ok to drive still. Don't worry about the fact that if something were to go wrong in the future because I continued to drive it they probably wouldn't cover it. So at this point My husband gets involved and leaves a message for Annette as well as a text and leaves a message for the service manager (FYI the service manager never called back to this day). Annette texts him back and he lets her know she needs to give us a loaner or rental unless she wants to sign an agreement that they will cover any future issues that come about by continuing to drive the truck - and what do ya know she has a rental lined up for us right away! Fast forward to getting the truck back after they fix it and wash it (let’s not talk about the horrible wash job!) and the mechanic leaves grease all down the entire drive shaft and oil all over under the truck. I text Annette and provide her pictures and she apologizes and says she will speak with the manager and let me know what he wants to do. Well, what do you think happened...nothing...she still has yet to contact me! After one week the check engine light came BACK ON! ?I take it in dealing now with Josh which was a much more pleasant experience and he lets me know they will just replace the whole def tank. He states the part will be overnighted but then the next day informs me that it won’t be in until Monday. Update after second time of being at dealership: I picked the truck up this morning. The car porter pulled the truck up and handed me the keys and that was it. You would think for it being the second time being there for the same problem a manager or something would bring it to meand go over it all and check it out but nope nothing. For all the time we have spent taking off work, paying on a truck we can't even use and everything we would get treated better. I'm not even asking for free oil change etc, just a simple manager to be there to look over the truck when handing it over. Goes to show you the horrible customer service at this place! And of course i find a nice scratch on the driver door!! This dealership is horrible!!!

Tony was wonderful to work with. He was easygoing, informative, and forthright with everything. I very much appreciated his demeanor and attempts to make this the best possible experience, for me, that it could be. I will certainly be looking to him next time I come in.

My car mats were covered in grease when it was returned to me, it took almost a month to get back, most of which was spent playing phone tag, every time I was able to get ahold of you I was met with oh we forgot to check this thing you asked us to check, slowly adding more and more to my bill. If I had known the estimate of all the work before hand instead of piece by piece I would have chosen to just buy a new car rather then paying more money then the car is worth. The service was terrible and I would not recommend you to anyone
