My experience was good. However your staff that calls spends too much time with useless comments before getting to the reason she’s calling. She was not aware of others time and did not seem to care about wasting time.

My appt was not until Monday, I dropped it off on a Friday just in case they could get to it & yes they did! Saturday morning I received a call about what was wrong and my car was ready by close of business Saturday. This was amazing since I was unable to get a car rental due to unavailability & I would if had to call off work. Great job Tom Bell service Dept!

Daniel and staff were professional & courteous. However, looking at the bill invoice there is not an itemization of the hours of labor performed. Just a total price of labor listed. What is Tom Bells posted labor rate?

Dan, was excellent. He make sure everything needed to get done, minus the trunk latch which I’m still waiting for it to be delivered so I can get my truck fixed. He was great, he helped space me with everything explained everything and make sure I was happy.

Eventhough Tom Bell was unable to resolve the issue, due to the car part being on backorder, they still handled the matter with excellent customer service. Tom Bell has always provided me with good customer service.
