Dan is great, he's my main man. Management and whomever handles approvals of costs can **** it. Everytime I go, stuff that was already cleared have to be cleared in the system so I can pay up and leave. By all means, move at a glacial pace, you know how much that thrills me. Do better management!
I called Dan on Monday and he was able to get my car in by Tuesday. I have always been impressed with his service and will continue to go back.
