My vehicle was in your dealership about a week earlier for the oil service and at that time I was told that I needed front end alignment so I made the appointment, but I got there no one knew anything about the front end —- the service man came over pen the front hood and said I needed a oil change because the dipstick have oil coming out —- my wife said that if oil is coming out it is because the person that worked the the car didn’t do something right he then said to her we don’t Touch that she is a Woman and know I need to check the oil and that the only way to do that
