Dan is great service rep. He always kept me inform on the status of my vechile as he has done in the past and today. Always a smile and that means alot. On a scale of 1 to 10 Dan is a 10 plus.

I will stick with my regular service advisor Mrs Brooks. I think Angela Gagliano will be good when she gets a little more experience. I want to thank the sales manager for addressing my issues, and a big thank you to the cashier lady for her help and being so kind to me.

Dan Burris was very helpful and efficient in getting things rolling regarding my Chevy Cruze. On Star's trouble shooting was indicating that service was needed. That was finally addressed and an appointment made; Turn around was 2 days, as promised. I was very grateful, Mirial

Skyler is always an absolute delight. He is so friendly and through. He always keeps me informed on upcoming maintenance recommendations and doesn't pressure me into them. No complaints, I am always well taken care of at the Redlands location.
