They were supposed to rotate tires, but they couldn’t get one off. So they took one from the front and one from the back and swapped those out. I didn’t think that was supposed to be done!

First and foremost I felt each individual I dealt with today was genuine and well intended.However the lines of communication were not working well at all much to the detriment of my time schedule. Skylar had good Intentionen on offering stellar service put seemed too distracted to be the best Version of himself. We can talk more indepth later if you like. Sincerely, Byron B

The exterior of my truck was left with hand prints on both fenders from being serviced. My driver side fender was also scratched. I brought it to Skyler’s attention. In the future I think that Skyler or your service technicians should walk the vehicle before asking for payment. It’s a displeasing taste to know that I pay for a service and I wasn’t taken care of.

I brought my truck in to have a lube and oil filter change done to it on 3/4/22 when I got home I noticed that the lube on the ball joints had not been done I called the service writer to let them know it had not been done the service writer said it wasn’t part of a lube and oil filter service but her shop manager corrected her and I was told to bring it back in on 3/5/22. I brought it back in on the 3/5/22 for the specific reason of having the ball joints lubed after waiting to have it lubed I was given back the truck and after leaving and being told it had been load I checked and once again discovered it had not been done had to go back for a third time just for a simple lubing of the ball joints that shows a lack of competence on the part of the technician who is servicing my vehicle.I really have no confidence in returning to Tom Bell for any service as I feel you may damage my truck if you do anything in depth to it .if your service manager or general manager would like to call me I am open to discussing the ineptness of your employees, if not you can have someone from General Motors corporate office call me.my number is ****-****-xxxx

This is my second time taking my vehicle to Tom Bell Chevrolet. While the overall experience was good, I was disappointed to hear that my vehicle had not had the alignment done after seeing my vehicle sitting in the parking lot for a LONG time. I was a waiter and was giving the estimated time of 2 hours to complete an oil change and tire alignment. The 2 hours ended up being a 3 hour wait. I suggest that the service representatives check the status of the vehicles they are in charge of frequently to assure that the service is executed in a timely manner to prevent these incidents from happening. I will return to Tom Bell in hopes that this was an isolated incident and it won’t happen again.

Skyler was very welcoming and helpful. He informed me on all the important things my vehicle needs and was very courteous the entire time. This is the second time my vehicle was serviced at Tom Bell Chevy and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had both times. Thank you!

Todays service was terrible! I was scheduled to have my roof rack replaced and was told when I arrived that more than likely that they would not have it done because the staff who does it went on vacation. I scheduled the work end of last week and made arrangements to get picked up to get to work. When I scheduled the work I was told that it would cost 189 to install and was later notified that it was almost 700. Todays was ridiculous and the customer service was terrible.
