I had a lady that works in service call me the day before my appt, she told me I was due for a oil change. I agreed to do it. I came in today for my appt at 11, Angel didn’t seem to know why I was there. I also let him know that when I talked to the lady I told her I would be waiting for my car and she didn’t note that either. My appt was at 11, my car didn’t get taken back until around 11:30.
Appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and did not finish my car until 1:45ish. I only got an oil change, and waiting room was not too busy. Extremely disappointed in the wait for a simple oil change.
