My experience with Jim was outstanding . Jim has excellent people skills ,as well as a very positive attitude. He was able to call me back with feedback on the repairs being done to my vehicle and always made me feel like he had everything under control. In the future I plan on continuing to service my vehicles through Tom bell Redlands .
