Damon was very concerned that my car be in tip-top shape. I appreciate that.
Had questions about the truck program that nobody could answer. Also they ran later than expected and still forgot to wash my truck and gave it to me with writing on the window to give a free car wash. I asked if they still could wash it and they said yes and gave it back to me with wash cloth smears all over it and a specific of bird poop I was meaning to get on the back of my truck.
Excellent service all your staff extremely friendly. One thing though I needed my visor checked out for price I haven't received that. I need to replace it. Still love Tom Bell.

Jan was brilliant and aggressive in scheduling my appointment whereas she knew I had discussed problems with my new Traverse. At the appointment she was professional and caring! Josh took me on a test ride in my auto and explained in detail features of the vehicle I did not fully understand! How the braking/stop system operated! Both of these employees should be commended for their services to me! I have hit this vehicle two times and it has cost me over $4000 in repairs! None of these features or operations were explained when I purchased this vehicle! I am just happy that I have not injured someone or myself! I continue to operate this vehicle with extreme caution!
