I dropped off my vehicle at 7 and it still was not completed until after5 in the evening. I had to rush to get my vehicle and it was covered in wax swirls and water came from under the hood and splattered all over the hood and windshield. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere next time it needs a detail.
Took my car for over 2 months missed a lot of work cause of it to always get the same answer, we can't figure out what's wrong. Finally found what's wrong but can't get it serviced there due to transmission guy not being there. Contacted advisor to see how they came up with the diagnosis never responded back called 2 more days till I asked someone else I just want an answer. They found him and finally spoke to him, claims he called me that day but didn't cause I was available to answer that day. Had to take care to Crest Chevy to only be told they have to diagnose the car themselves, back to square one. This time though they told me based on my problems that I've encountered transmission problem doesn't add up as the problem, they believe it was just a guess that the mechanics did. Overall just a big mess and hassle at Tom Bell service department. The only plus there was the friendly staff

Complaint of car not charging completely has not been addressed. Put it on charger last night and today On public charger it will only charge 180 miles and says it’s fully charged. Also there’s a note on the windshield that says free wash apparently wasn’t done. Have photo documentation of all

This the 2nd time I have to bring my truck and is still not done right.
It was very dusty and dirty when they sold it to me, but I was promised it would be cleaned and thus far it's not clean properly.
Now I have to bring it in a third time.
Should have been told that my warranty expired back in April. Had 2 appointments and could not get oil change . Vanessa called a few times and even she never told me warranty expired. Pedro didn't even tell me or I never would have made 2nd appointment. Am being told one thing and it's something different. Not happy at all.
