Everything turned out great, excellent customer service. When I thought it was gonna take 4 hours when misael first told me, he turned around and said it’s gonna take two hours when it rightfully only took an hour, that was perfect. Plus he added a car wash and diagnosed my car without any trouble even thou he was super super busy.

Misa has great communication and delivered vehicle at as promised. He also explained the inspection well. The only thing I was disappointed at the fact they said my front alignment was off and needed correction this vehicle I purchased certified used at 6000 miles and it’s currently at 18000 miles so alignment is out of spec after 12000 miles since I have had truck and the correction is not covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. I have always owned Chevy and am a little disappointed they don’t stand behind they product to do a alignment. I do not take truck off road you can tell by how clean the vehicle is. So I don’t believe the alignment should be out of spec in 12,000 miles. Just my thoughts
