I took my car in because I thought it was a little possessed Daniel walk me through with everything that was wrong with my car and my vehicle he gave me quotes everything was covered under warranty not only Daniel but Ashley Josh and even your valet Paul were very friendly and very professional they made my experience great I've heard horror stories when you take your car to the dealership to be fixed but in my case everything was perfect Dan kept in touch with me telling me everything that I need it what was covered what wasn't and I will continue to come to him for any of my vehicle upkeep.
Annette is a super service advisor. Her customer relstionship is very good. I recommend her highly.
Daniel is an exceptional employee he was very informative on all my car needs very informational and help me to the full extent to make sure I was completely satisfied. He went beyond and making sure that everything was working properly I will always come back to Tom Bell Chevrolet for all of my car needs.
