Misa did an amazing great job although my bad experience is not because of him. Although I was angry, he managed to stay calm and listen to my concerns. He tried to provide the best service but did not have the appropriate material due to insufficient resources that should be handled by upper management. My appointment was a waste of my time due to appointment regarding my vehicle and no one being able to work on it or examine. I would highly recommend anyone attending service to only go to him in the future.

Hi I'm actually was not satisfied I came in for an oil change and got a car wash in the backseat of my car was completely soaked with water I don't know if I'm going to have future problems if the electric goes out or the button stopped working. I do know that I'm very thankful that a gentleman named Josh who was the manager that day and he was very kind and very helpful so I was unsatisfied to start but later on .I was satisfied I wouldn't mind speaking with somebody about this. I got my money back and I was thinking for that but the I was really upset that I even had to go through that I miss my doctor's appointment that day.. because I had to stay behind because of the situation but Josh is a very good manager and they need more people like that on your team so thank you very much. Is extremely helpful he was rude strongly determined.

Jan was fantastic. She totally took care of all my needs. Tom Bell should be happy to have her. I am not happy with my buying experience however.

Was informed that my tire needed to be replaced for $370....I had it plugged for free....then I was told my alignment needed adjustment.....also had it checked for free and was informed it was ok.....my work truck has 110000 miles and hasn't needed an alignment......my personal truck has 13000 and you guys said it needed adjustment......
