Howard was very pleasant and informative. I simply felt that there was a delay in notifying me that my car was done. I also don’t like it when, I’m guessing the Porters move my drivers seat and steering wheel and make no attempt to put it back in position. I recognize that the service department is very busy but I still feel there was a lag time (I could see my car parked) just wasn’t sure if they still were working on it (which they weren’t). Again, Howard was great.

Went into Tom Bell Chevrolet today for an oil express lube change and our Service Manager Dan Burrus has always treated us fantastic. Well done! We appreciate the help and the great customer service we received from Dan and the staff at Tom Bell Chevrolet.
The only thing I have to say is that Chevy needs to get their act together and get those parts to people little bit quicker that is the D EF tech. There’s no excuse for a truck being in the shop for two weeks and a day. Damon was very good he contacted me every day and explain the situation but if something Chevy or General Motors needs to address ASAP
