Every time I make an appointment at Tom Bell to bring my equinox in for service I always make it with Annette Book she’s an excellent service writer friendly and knowledgeable. A business is only as good as the employees it has working for them as they are the consumers first and last contact.

Daniel has been absolutely phenomenal and understanding of my frustrations, but unfortunately the technicians have yet to address my car's issues so I'm forced to bring it in for a 3rd week in a row. Daniel is doing an awesome job advocating for me, but having to bring the vehicle in multiple times is an undue **** on myself and him.
