We're upset with the lack of communication regarding the software update on our Bolt. This limits the range to 80%. Such a change should have been mentioned at the time of service. This makes it impossible to comfortably commute to Los Angeles and back on a single charge.

We had an appointment April 29, a Friday for an engine analysis, and told the equinox would be ready no later than Tuesday, May 3. We chose to leave the equinox thinking that as soon as a technician was available the car would already be there to do whatever work would be required. Through no fault of Damon’s(who kept us updated) our car wasn’t available to pick up until Friday, May 6!
Damon was excellent he didn't pressure me into anything he gave me options he answered all my questions thoroughly. Plus he puppy is the cutest

Damon went out of his way to find a solution, kept me informed and found options. Thanks to the technician who made the solution work. You never see those folks but it’s clear they work hard. The intake ladies out front are always humorous and great to interact with. Start to finish, great team.

The service was great, even though there were delays due to the part not being available. I appreciated the use of a rental car. One recommendation that I have: wash cars right before the customer picks them up. I paid $25 for a car wash and picked up a dirty car with water spots and dust. Yes, the car had been washed, but then it sat for quite some time waiting for a part. I will still come back for service of course, because I was treated well and the car was repaired competently, but I am not likely to pay for a car wash again.
I was very happy with the service i receive from brian benson. I wil be looking forward to working with him soon.
