Your rep was awesome and the job done on my truck was awesome. The problem was that the process to obtain a loaner car was ridiculously long and it would have been much easier to take a taxi or uber ride back home rather than go through obtaining a loaner vehicle. You really need to streamline that process or just quit offering a loaner vehicle.
Still not sure of what I paid $488 for, when it seems like I only needed a new key. It took 3 days when it should have been done in a couple hours. Plus when I picked it up the car wasn’t even washed, it was filthy! Disappointed!

I have found that dealership service doesn’t have a real good evaluation of work that was done on a vehicle. This is my transportation and we spend hours every week depending on the truck for our lifestyle and future plans. I never receive a printout that explains the trucks systems and what the mechanic thought of the overal condition of the truck. I was told that we would need some filters soon but my question about the squeak we have heard while driving off road wasn’t explained.! He was a friendly man but didnt have the sense of empathy I was looking for

My interactions with Mr. Burrus have Always been positive & extremely helpful. I appreciate his willingness to assist in every situation that has presented itself. I will continue to seek future service for my vehicle from the service department knowing individuals with his caliber of Customer Service are available.
