Brian is a great service representative. Answered my questions and provided courteous suggestions for a follow up service to address further detailed service concerns with my vehicle. I think he did a great job.
The only thing I have a question about is, if we make an appointment at 11:30 to have the oil changed, why do we have to wait 2 hours for it to be finished. That’s what I thought the appointment time was for. To get in at that time and have the work complete. Just curious

Dan kept us informed of the progress and was instrumental in organizing an after hours pick since we lived in the LA area. Now we know why Tom Bell is a AAA approved facility, because of such helpful and dedicated employees as Dan Burrus.
Everyone I came in contact was upbeat, friendly, informative and helpful. Skiler took great care of my car and got me out in a timely manner while being friendly and informative. Laquita has also been very informative and friendly the three times I have visited your establishment. She makes one feel right at home going that extra mile to care for the clients and still be on her job. The manager and service writers have also been a tremendous help in educating me about policies, plans and my car. The lobby is inviting and clean.

I make appointment at 7.00 am today May 21 st 2022 and come around 7.05 am then I have to wait 45 minutes until someone taking care so wasting time !!! After that usually service not long as I know but I wait until 9.00 since 7.45 am. After that I look at outdoor and saw my car already in parking spot and I ask the advisory (lady) is my car done yet and she told me stilll waiting and I told her my car already outside and you know I still waiting 20 minutes more since that until i can back home. Not really satisfying to get service to day … I’ll try another Chevrolets service dealer next time.

Great service advisor. No issues
I got my car at the time I was promised. I was greeted right away by friendly people. And the job was well done on the first time. My only computer is that a little more of a attention with the costumers by letting us know that they haven’t forgot about us. I stood there for over 10 min without been told the service rep will be with me asp. I was done signing docs 30 min from appointment time.
Skyler was amazing and very professional!!!
My front speakers are still blown out and the TPMS light is still on. Ww'll see what happens next week at my next appointment.
