$135 to get a diagnostic (find out what was wrong) and 12 hours later, you called me to ask for more money (more time). $450 was what you wanted an approval for, still didn't had a concrete answer for car issue. I decided to pick up car, not fixed. Ended up purchasing $160 new car battery, switched with battery in car and my car was fixed. I was really disappointed that the car technician didn't think that changing battery (by testing it) to figure it could fix the issue.

I as far as I knew diagnostic testing is free! I was told diagnostic testing is free when I was there but since I had taken it to my mechanic first I was told I would now be charged. So I guess Im being punished for going somewhere first. Makes no sense. Now I know next time to not mention that. I thought it would be helpful if I gave every detail about what happened any why I brought my SUV in.

Misael was professional and courteous he was fair in his overlook of the car he made my wife and I feel that he was being honest and wasn't trying to sell any unnecessary items to us.

Daniel was very professional and helpful. He got me in and out quickly since I had to get back to work and he stayed in contact with me while my car was at the dealership. He even offered late pick up if I needed it which was helpful. I look forward to working with him again in the future for my services at Tom Bell.

I got a car wash and it looked like all they did wash rinse it off with water. There was dirt still on my bumper, dirtywayer dripping down from the roof and my front windshield had dead buds stuff still on it.
