Pedro was fine with customers, but unprofessional with his colleagues, it made my husband and I feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, we really enjoyed the caterer and the hamburgers he made us during our wait. A very nice surprise.

The woman who helped us Annette was very friendly and helpful and very nice looking shop. However, this company should be ashamed of the ridiculous prices they charge! $135 for an estimate that was suppose to include a courtesy wash and tire air pressure check. Paid $135 dollars to tell me the starter was bad when I brought the vehicle in because I knew the starter was bad and told them that. No car wash or tire check included so paid $135 for absolutely nothing but a cup of coffee inside. Said the estimated price to change the starter was $840. I told them they were crazy and took it to another mechanic down the street after paying $135 for their estimate of what I already knew. Other mechanic did the work in an hour and a half and charged $360 so about a $500 difference for no reason. Definitely won’t be back.

I took my car to be looked at regarding my check engine light came on they asked me to leave it at the dealership. 2 whole days my car was looked at all so disappointed in the customer service.
