Yes Pedro did not lie to me any show me the paper on what needed to be done that like the last time I got it told me I needed new filters and I did not air filters but it is very good thank you

I cane in for a recall service and made an appt for 1 pm. I wanted to run some errands so I dropped it off at about 10:30. I stood there for about 20 minutes while 7-8 guys stood around talking. I eventually said what do I need to sign to get out of here for a free recall service. One gentleman Gabe me a form which I put my name, phone number etc on and signed. I was told upon making the appt it would be 2 hours and I could wait for it if I wanted. When asked about the time it would be ready I was told 4:00, an hour past the given time which I had planned my day around. I got a notification at about 430 my truck would be ready in 15?minutes. It almost took twice as long as originally told not to mention the truck was there 3.5 hours early. It appears since I was not paying for a service I was put on a back burner when in actuality the recall service was alleviating Chevy from future potential liability. So how will Tom Bell compensate you make me want to return to this business?

Service is exceptional!!! If you are not physically with a service person but have been helped, all other service personnel will check with you to make sure you have been helped. Amazing! Service performed on Throttle body and installing new tires makes our Malibu run so smoothly now. Thanks for going the extra mile! ????????
