Concerns: Interrupted by friends, looking at their cell phone pictures, while dealing with me, his customer. Keying in other customers private personal information with the screen facing me, I don't need to know customer Gonzalez address and that their phone number is s 818 ***-*****. Not paying attention to my concerns I needed wipers and still do, original wipers since 2015, I had to ask him, his reply was "I felt them, seemed ok" or something to that effect, so today I'm going to Moreno Valley Chevrolet to buy a set an do it myself And he kept saying, "I'm the new Janet", l had to remind him he wasn't. Janet would never allow these issues of not being concerned Never even offered if I would like my vehicle washed, I thought that was automatic, always has been with ALL my trucks I bought there
