Really great service provided! I love that Chevy offers a shuttle and they were kind enough to give me a ride home while my car was being serviced. All staff were friendly and Annette went the extra mile to help me out. Thank you!

My service advisor tried to upsell me on the service. When I told her no she made it sound if Gm will not honor my warranty. I asked her so if I don't replace the air filter or cabin filter through you guys then my warranty is void? She was very pushy and didn't know what the word no means. There was a lot more to the conversation where she would try to play with her words as if my extended warranty will be void. I asked for my car back and I schedule a appointment with the dealer I use to take it to. Why should I feel like I am dealing with a sale person when I just need a oil change? I am having maintenance done not buying a new car. If the service advisor is so hard press on upselling I don't feel comfortable in leaving my car there. I cant imagine how the mechanics will be. I questioned there honesty I don't want to leave the car and have a mechanic who is similar to the service advisor and fix things that does not need to be fixed. My service advisor was Annette
