last time I was there I was supposed to get a complete car Wash I didn't get it. I was promised I would get it this time and I didn't get it. I feel like this happened because I was not being heard when I dropped the car off. I feel like you were more concerned about the upsell than you were about hearing me and addressing my concerns. the alignment feels off as well. Steering wheel isn't sitting flush with the dash. I am not feeling appreciated as a customer
