Pedro Gonzalez made our visit at Tom Bell Chevrolet 100x’s better. Glad that he got promoted since our last visits. With his winning attitude he will keep customers unlike Damon’s attitude. If it wasn’t for Pedro, You guys would have for sure lost my business to Diamond Chevrolet. last time I was there I was supposed to get a complete car Wash I didn't get it. I was promised I would get it this time and I didn't get it. I feel like this happened because I was not being heard when I dropped the car off. I feel like you were more concerned about the upsell than you were about hearing me and addressing my concerns. the alignment feels off as well. Steering wheel isn't sitting flush with the dash. I am not feeling appreciated as a customer
