Dan did a great job of informing me what needed to be done and getting the job done on time.
I had a tire problem and went to Tom Bell with no apt in the late afternoon. They began to look into the problem right away. Pedro was very nice and did a good job. Josh Petty was also there following up on progress to repair my tire. It had already been a difficult day for me and I was not in the best mood. Everyone was very nice except the girl at the payment desk who had an attitude.
I greatly appreciated the level of prfessuonalism by your technician Pedro. He was very informative and courteous with Excellent customer service not to be compared.

Customer service is great. However, The quality of work on my paint repair is unacceptable.
The original issue was solved. But now has multiple other issues with craftsmanship.

Excellent service - very impressed
I was completely satisfied with how the paint turned out. Although overall it is disappointing that Chevy produces a poor paint job and then benefits by charging to correct their initial problem.
