Howard is one of your very best employees and always does everything he can to help his customers . Because of people like him I keep coming back even if I have to pay a little more- it’s service I trust. Also wanted to thank Don?? at the front desk whom I will never forget. Your customer service is excellent and I appreciate you more than you know. Also thank you for the great coffee , danishes and hamburger for lunch! It’s sad that I paid 40 plus thousand dollars for truck that is starting to spending more time being repaired. This is going to be the last Chevrolet I buy. I have purchased more then 20 new Chevrolet’s.
I also appreciated the kindness Paul showed toward us on our shuttle ride to IHOP.
I spent more time waiting for someone to assist me then I should of. It should not take an hour to turn in a rental and pick up my vehicle that was parked and ready to go. I have always purchased my Chevy vehicles from Tom Bell and this was by far my worse experience.
