They rectified the issue that same day. Service rep kept me informed with the progress, and called when it was being finished up to say he was completing the paper work for me to come and get my vehicle.

Annette was rude and unprofessional . I bought a car 2 months ago .. battery has been issue .. I’m asking for a battery replacement .. you guys wanted to charge me $100 deductible plus the cost of a battery . Ridicules and insane . Have a extended warranty on the vehicle . Took the car to Honda . Honda won’t be able to exchange the battery .. because a battery that belongs to Tom Chevrolet in Redlands . Sorry to say you won’t replace a battery that is not holding change
