The sales staff and the finance staff were amazing. However the man that was supposed to take care of me on my first service appointment was rude and condescending. I had forgotten my prescription glasses at home, and only had some readers. So when he asked me who are you here to meet I said I think his name is Van, he said there’s no one here by that name. And I said well that’s what the email says, he said there’s no one with that name here, His last name was van something, and then he was a jerk after that as well

The paperwork said they found a loose bolt at the power steering pump. Hopefully they tightened it up. They did not say if they did.

I've noticed as I had my car serviced at Redlands Tom Bell a good percentage of employees inside and outside of business not strictly adhering to the mask to help prevent spread of coronavirus GM Derek Hanson make it's happening 100%

Yes Damon was awesome. He always kept me in the loop to know what was going on with my vehicle and what was going on with my insurance company. Sometimes Damon would call me multiple times in the same day just to update me. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!
