Waiting time for service due to lack of mechanics check engine light problem not resolved in 3 days due to still awaiting for part not available at dealer or local part store. I hope I don’t have to weight another 3 days. Also no rent a car available during wait.

Each person I dealt with was courteous which is great.
There was a disconnect in getting my car back. I had asked for the complementary wash on my service order. I was told it would take longer getting my car back which I agreed to. I saw when my car was driven out and parked in the lot. I waited because I had been told by Pedro, he’d find me when the car was finished.
I continued to wait & finally went to the cashier. I paid my bill and waited for my keys. The cashier tried an additional 2 times to help and called someone else who to get the keys( not Pedro)
I finally decided to go outside and asked if my keys were left in my vehicle so I could leave. The service people helped me. A very nice woman gave my keys and walked me to my car.
The car hadn’t been washed. The woman offered to take my car back to wash
and checked my paperwork. Yes, it listed the wash. She also offered a wash the next time I came back. I declined. Trying to get my keys took an extra 25 minutes.
I know what it’s like to be an employer. I’m not angry, but I didn’t leave with a good impression.
I was there once before and the follow up was commendable.
It would be good to be clear regarding after service interaction.

I have an existing problem with a EGR cooler and it's on back order and I appreciate the efforts of the service provider Daniel and your company Tom Bell Chevrolet hopefully it'll be in soon and my repair under warranty will be corrected thanks again Larry A

Had an appt. for a week, took my car in, spend money on rideshare rides home and to pick up my car, and nothing was done to it. Service never got around to get to fix my car. My appt. was at 8:30 am.
