Great service in a timely manner
They tried to sell me two air filters a cabin air filter and engine air filter I just replace my air filters myself and they did not screw the screws back in my engine air filter compartment so now when I just replaced my air filter there is all kinds of **** sand leaves they got sucked into my engine air filter compartmentInstead of trying to make a 300% markup on a air filter change job which you were going to charge me $140 make sure you screw in the stuff after you guys try to repair it

My engine light was on so I stopped in without an appt. I was told to wait on the side until called. After an hour I went looking for someone and found Dan. He was great, only good things to say about him.

My service was great. However, I had to wait 25 minutes to be checked in. I understand that my appointment was with my assigned rep, however if I'm getting a simple oil change why couldn't someone else help me check in. Its understandable to be behind because anything can happen, but to wait around to be checked in is a waste of time.
I came in to fix the hood release 10 days and $1500 later I have a fixed hood and a broken windshield from a tool in the corner of the of the windshield by a hinge for the hood. There’s no chips along the crack to have it be from a road hazard. I reported it to the service advisor the day I came home I got a voicemail saying that’s not my area I’ll have to talk to my manager and call you back it’s 6 hours into the service’s work day and nothing. I’ve emailed the service manager through your website and nothing. I came to you because I trusted to get the job done right and in a professional manner but I’ve only ever gotten one unprompted phone call from the dealership and it was when the car was done. Every estimate every update every authorization I had to call you and most of the time leave a vm. Your advisors are overwhelmed and unable to provide the level of service I expect. And if I’m left with a damaged windshield then I will never consider returning or endorse your dealership. I am waiting for a reply before I start calling corporate, and posting reviews on every website I can find with the pictures of the windshield.

I wanted to make correction I was completely satisfied with Damon chero service advisor the quality of mechanics work on my Trax josh petty very helpful eager. But I was completely disappointed in the price to install cabin air filter 40.00. plus 36.00 for part. Luckily I installed it myself 2 minutes GM DEREK HANSON shame on you.
